It's a scam, usually.

I’ve had a lot of fun with NFts when they first became popular. Wasted a lot of money on them too. I never did get around to generating my own series of art, although I’m still not above such shenanigans.

Los Pixelos

One particular NFT I enjoyed was the Los Pixelos. It ended up being a scam, the items are delisted and no longer available for trade on OpenSea.io. However, you can tell SOME work was put into it. The art itself are animated cyberpunk pixels characters. I’m grabbing the ones I own and posting them here. The two collections are Los Pixelos: Los Banditos and Los Pixelos: Las Policias.
