Rotary Street Cleanup

Something we do often in my Rotary CSSLayerBlockRule. I think it’s 4 times a year, we clean up 5th street in Tempe. It’s part of the city’s “adopt a street” program. It’s function, and a good way to get a bit of physical exercise.
