New Job Today

First day at Foodtrak!

Just a note, starting my new position today at Foodtrak. Feeling anxious, but things should be OK. The interview process went well. I’ll miss the WFH from my old job, driving everyday wasn’t the greatest.
Update 11/11/2024: Getting easier, but boy is there a lot to learn. It’ll be months before I’m comfortable, and have run into most of the issues.
Update 11/29/2024: Starting to get comfortable, made a “deez nuts” joke at work. I spend my lunch break walking around the area, learning Japanese.
Update 12/02/2024: Well, just turned in my two week notice. Got an offer on something a lot better. More pay, remote, front-end development. Also, it wasn’t really a 2 week notice. Since I was still training, I just stated that I wasn’t coming back and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. So long FOOD-TRAK®, it was fun.
