FNV Courier in New Vegas

I decided to do another playthrough of Fallout New Vegas while the 2nd season of Fallout is coming out on Prime. I haven’t watched any of Season 2 yet, but I’ve definitely see clips of them in New Vegas. This is just a great game. From what I’ve heard, Bethesda is releasing a remaster version later this year.

This page is link heavy to the folks at the Fallout Wikipedia. They’re the BEST source for information on the game. Thanks Guys!

Personal opinion on the DLCs.

  • Dead Money: This was a tough one to like. It takes away your items, the in game music, and the ability to fast travel. The entire thing is traps, timers, and limited vision. I will say the characters and storyline were good. Final thoughts, Deans a jerk.
  • Honest Hearts: Just OK. Everyone loves Graham but the story with Daniel was a bit weak. I found myself hoarding every resource possible.
  • Old World Blues: The most fun, I enjoyed the exploration and the “mad scientist rivalry” in the game. Plenty of powerups and cool weapons. The music is a fun jazzy bluesy mix.
  • Lonesome Road: Good time. Ulysses blames you for all sorts of things you did before the start of FNV. Feels a bit unfair, but does provide a lot of context. Fun combat, exploration, and weapons. Plus the ability to leave whenever you want, unlike the other DLCs.

Anyhow, here we are, the final fit:
