Pristo Family Trip to Cabo

This year we went to San Jose del Cabo for the Pristo Family “retreat”. Cat’s getting the hang of planning this and did a great job. Free days vs planned dinners. It worked out well. We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva, which was nice. It had quite a few different restaurants, but we ended up going to the Casa Cortez seafood spot the most. Of note, this was during spring break and there were a LOT of kids there. It wasn’t annoying, but maybe something to avoid in the future.

I know we all sort of got something different out of the trip, but the highlights for me were Smoking Cigars with Paul & Jeremy, Metal Detecting, and St. Patrick’s Day Shenanigans.

I’d say the Fishing Trip too, but sea-sickness sort of kicked my but and I fell asleep for 90% of the boat trip. 🤢
